7:00 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking an appeal as follows:
Petition: To construct a 46 x 30 enclosed pool house to be 33.8 ft. at one corner and 39.5 ft. at the other corner to the rear lot line. The proposed addition is located in Zoning District A-1 with a Rear Set Back requirement of 40 ft. (Subsection 650-41 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance) The property is located at 85 Dean Rd. being Map 8, Parcel 127 of the Assessor’s Maps.
